Only registered participants will be included in the official conference agenda, have their presentations scheduled, and be eligible for abstract and/or paper publication.
Each registration is allocated to one presenter and one paper only. Co-authors who wish to actively participate must complete their own individual registration

Registration & Participation Policy
- Registration is required to participate, present, be scheduled in the official program, and qualify for
abstract/paper publication. - All co-authors who wish to attend, present, or receive certificates must register separately.
- Registration is generally non-transferable, except where explicitly approved upon request.
- Each registration covers one presenter, one paper, one presentation, one publication, and one certificate.
- Student registrants must provide a valid student ID via email when requested.
- Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel, or visa expenses.
- All registrations are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
- AfriKad Network is not liable for cancellations or postponements due to unforeseen events
